Couldn't be closer to the O2! The staff were excellent throughout the hotel - from check-in to the bars and breakfast. Breakfast service was very busy, but the staff handled it calmly and efficiently. We'll definitely stay here again for future O2 events.

My wife's birthday celebration was amazing thanks to the hotel staff! The Sky bar cocktails were perfect, and room service was excellent. The direct connection to the O2 was incredibly convenient. The staff's attentiveness truly made our stay nice.

This hotel is a true gem! From the fine views to the really good service and the amazing breakfast buffet, everything was great. The spa facilities were also fantastic, and I loved the direct access to the O2. A truly nice experience!

My recent trip was fantastic! The shower was very nice - seriously, the best hotel shower ever. Breakfast was pretty good, though the scrambled eggs were a bit of a mystery. Check-in took a while, but the room was great with a lovely view, and I slept well. A truly pleasant experience.

Another great stay! The club lounge was superb, and the evening buffet was even better than before. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was lovely, though the fog prevented us from enjoying the view. A very nice touch was the birthday chocolates for my wife!
