The location is very convenient, especially because of the private walkway to the venue. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of choice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I found it well kept. Every staff member i encountered was pleasant and helpful.
I noticed a strong smell of meat being grilled in the open kitchen. It wasn't too bad, but it's worth mentioning if you dislike that smell.

The room included a comfortable king bed and ample space for luggage. The bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub. I noted the room was very clean upon arrival.

broken tv flooded room
the location was acceptable due to its proximity to the o2 arena.
i was really annoyed that the fire alarm woke me up and utter chaos followed. the tv also didn't work in the room. the shower seal barely existed, so the room pretty much flooded (i think it's unacceptable).

breakfast buffet hot food convenient walkway
The breakfast buffet included many choices. I found the hot food very good and plentiful. The walkway to the O2 was a major benefit. It provided quick access to the arena avoiding any weather issues.

charmed by the location and hotel amenities
undercover walkway comfortable bed fresh linen powered shower
the undercover walkway provided easy access to shows at the o2 arena. our premium king room was bright with natural light and offered a pleasant view. i found the bed comfortable and the linen smelled wonderfully fresh. the bathroom was a good size with a nicely powered shower.
the check-in process was a little slow due to many questions about signing up for things

Acceptable Location, Some Issues
ripped carpet down phone system
The location is convenient for events at the O2 (that was the main reason I booked it).
The carpet in my room had a clearly visible ripped section (I noted this in a photo). The hotel phone system was also down so making requests was difficult. I asked for ice seven times for a medical issue but could not get it.
